What we did
- Developed a programme of work covering all levels of the EE Leadership Team
- Delivered an experimental programme to over 500 people in Customer Contact Centres across the UK & Ireland
- Partnered with the EE in house training team at Team Leader level, developing their skills to coach, motivate and inspire
Results
In 2018, EE’s focus on culture was recognised with the award of 1st place in the Sunday Times best big company to work for.
